Syllabus- Art 1050
The Art 1050 Intro to Photography class shall provide the student with an introduction to the art, mechanics, applications, history, and importance of photography. Student will explore the basic ethical concerns and the social impact of photography. Students will learn how to gain an application for ‘ART’ in general. This will be performed through lectures, demonstrations, tests, research papers, hands-on operation of the 35mm film camera and digital SLR camera. Students will learn how to use the camera effectively and creatively, and learn the basics photography in general.
