I pose the question: Have we taken photography to the fast food level. What do we need to do to bring photography back to capturing the moment. Has the access to point and shoot cameras diminished the art?

I do not think it has come to that point yet. I believe that it is still very much an art. It takes more then just a snap shot to make a good photo or statement. Before I attended this class I really did not understand my camera as much as I do now. With that being said, I believe that you need some type of formal training to really capture what you want in your photos.
